A quick way to Take your Cooking Up a Notch

Fresh spring mix

Your favorite berries

Goat cheese

Red onion 

Bacon & Bourbon Pecans

Balsamic Dressing

Chocolate Cherry Energy Bites

1 Cup of old fashion rolled oats

3/4 Cup of Chocolate Espresso Pecans

1/2 Cup of dried cherries

1/2 Cup almond butter

1/3 raw honey

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla

Mix and chill for an hour and then roll into 1 inch balls.

We love a a good charcuterie and we know you do too.  This one includes Rosemary Almonds and Salt & Pepper Macadamia.

1 Cup of your favorite fruit

1/2 Cup of Greek unsweetened yogurt

1/2 Cup of Spiced Pecans

Drizzle with raw honey.


Rosemary Almonds with Whipped Feta & Dates

Whipped Feta- Combine 1C of feta with 1/4 C of honey and enough milk to be creamy.  Split dates in half and top with feta and Rosemary Almonds. 

Homemade Peach Ice Cream topped with Praline Pecans

We use an Cuisinart Ice cream Maker-3 C of peeled peaches (marinated with 1/2 C of sugar- run through the blender of food processor), 1C sugar, 1¼ C whole milk, 2¾ C heavy cream, 2 t vanilla extract. Whip everything but the peaches together and store in the frig the day before.  Mix in the peaches and pour into the maker.  Takes about 20 min. Top with Praline Pecans.
